These courses will be offered throughout the year with a set location and time. Be sure to keep an eye out!

Lifeguard Preparation

Looking to take a lifeguard class but need to brush up on your skills? We offer sessions to help you prepare to take your lifeguard class. In our session(s), we will go over the 300 yard swim, brick dive test, and treading water. You must be able to pass these prerequisites before being able to take an American Red Cross lifeguard class.

Remote Consultation

Remote consultations would include anything from swim lesson provider research, stroke improvement feedback, skill proficiency guidance, adult swimming for fitness plans and more. Consultations can be provided over the phone or through a video platform. This could be a one time interaction or a continuous interaction. Whatever it takes to help you reach your swimming goal(s).
